7. Warranty Coverage Summary (Residential & Commercial Use)

• Residential Use: All KarlonHome products include a 5-year warranty on structural components made from metal or solid wood. Soft elements (foam, piping, fabrics, adhesives) are covered for 1 year under normal residential use.

• Commercial Use: For hospitality or professional environments (hotels, offices, cafés), KarlonHome offers 1-year structural coverage on metal or solid wood parts. Soft components are not covered under commercial use.
