What’s Covered

Residential Use:
Enjoy peace of mind with 5-year coverage on all structural components made from solid wood, metal, or high-density framing materials.
For soft components — such as fabrics, piping, buttons, adhesives, or foam — we provide 1-year coverage under normal residential use.

Commercial Use:
For professional environments such as offices, hotels, and cafés, KarlonHome offers 1-year structural coverage on solid wood or metal parts.
Soft components are not covered under commercial use.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to natural variations or materials that are subject to wear over time. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Marble, stone, wood veneer, leather, suede, fabric, and paint finishes

• Minor irregularities in texture, tone, or grain that occur naturally

• Normal compression or softening of foam and fillings

• Color fading due to sunlight exposure

• Scratches, marks, or wear caused by everyday use

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, improper handling, or lack of maintenance

• Exposure to moisture, heat, or outdoor conditions (unless otherwise specified)

• Pet damage, stains, accidents, or natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.)

• Products resold, gifted, or relocated outside of the original country of delivery

Our Promise to You

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, KarlonHome will, at its discretion:

• Provide replacement parts or components, or

• Authorize a repair or full replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

Replacement parts are provided free of charge, with an estimated lead time of 8–12 weeks, depending on availability and production.
For minor issues involving soft components, we may authorize local repairs and reimburse reasonable repair costs once approved and properly documented.

For commercial clients, all repairs or replacements are handled at KarlonHome’s discretion, with labor or shipping fees covered by the customer.

How to Request Service

Please contact our warranty support team within 14 days of discovering the issue.
Include the following information:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos or videos documenting the defect

Disclaimer & Limitations

All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this 5-Year Warranty.

KarlonHome’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of value.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all claims.

Dispute Resolution

By purchasing a KarlonHome product, you agree that any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the Terms of Service available on our website.

In the event of a dispute, KarlonHome reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the item in compliance with applicable law.
